REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
With regard to products:
If you are not happy with our products or services, then
neither are we. However, Mercury will only supply a refund where
it can be ascertained that the client's dissatisfaction is attributable
to faulty equipment or an error made by Mercury where goods or
services have not been supplied in accordance with the specification.
You will need to :-
- Notify Mercury within 10 working days
- Present the goods in original condition
- Provide a valid explanation of why a refund should be made
- Refunds are made to the original purchaser of the goods or
service only.
