Reconciliation
Mercury offers its clients a complete online Reconciliation and Reporting Tool allowing them to full balance their merchant account down to the last dollar and trace transactions and stock. The online reports are fully secured by 128 Bit SSL and are access through the secure Mercury website.

The Reconciliation and Reporting Tool offer the following features:

  • Visa & MasterCard Audit numbers for all approved transactions by your merchant account - the same detail cardholders have on their credit card statement.
  • Date and time stamp that the transaction took place.
  • The bank approval code for the transaction
  • Breakdown of all transactions into the various card schemes including JCB, Diners and American Express.
  • Shows transactions that have processed over a fully customisable time period, whether it is an hour, a day, week month or even a year
  • Customised reports that detail all failed transactions including declines relating to insufficient funds and incorrect credit card numbers
  • Summaries of all transactions including the total amount, the number of pre-authorisations, failed and approved transactions.
  • Ability to export the report into a variety of different formats for importing into business accounting packages.
