THE VIRTUAL TERMINAL

The Mercury Virtual Terminal is ideal for use in call centres or offices. It is a replacement for expensive and cumbersome physical EFTPOS terminals, and uses your existing Internet connection to perform transactions.

Merchant Requirements & Demonstration
Secure & user friendly, reliable, cost effective Credit Card transactions for Call centres and merchants with widely distributed points of sale. The merchant, and the merchants agents, must have an SSL compatible browser(Version 4 and up), and the Flash player plug in. If you don't have the Flash plug in click on the graphic below to get it.

Transaction Security
Transactions performed by the Mercury Virtual Terminal are encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), which prevents the transaction from being intercepted or interfered with in transit.

Notification
The Virtual Terminal will display a receipt number for a successful transaction. Notification of successful transactions can also be sent to an email address to a mobile phone via SMS and/or any ODBC compliant database.
